The 20% deposit is made to Swan Hellenic and the $50 per booking admin fee goes to Katie at Fulfilled Passport Travel for booking and servicing the cruise including cancellation if necessary, plus group chat and group pre-trip calls.

Deposit Requirements
DEPOSIT AMOUNT: A deposit of 20% per person is required to secure a confirmed reservation with Swan Hellenic. A non-refundable $50 admin fee will also be due to Fulfilled Passport Travel upon booking.
PAYMENTS: Swan Hellenic accepts Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express. Foreign transaction fees charged by some providers remain customer responsibility.
CANCELLATION POLICY BASED ON DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE:
- 121 days and more prior to departure $300 per person cancellation fee
- 120-90 days prior to departure 20% of total cruise fare per person (full deposit)
- 89-61 days prior to departure 75% of total cruise fare per person
- Less than 60 days prior to departure 100% of total cruise fare per person
- Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation invoices are due for payment upon receipt.
